When Luke first set out he noticed that there appeared to be a lot of confusion surrounding ISO Consultancy and Certification. It was at this point he saw an opportunity to play his part in revolutionising the market. The goal was simple – to provide simple yet professional products and services at an affordable price.
He understood that not all companies have large budgets for ISO certification and legislation update services. However, by offering a mixture of products and varying levels of support he would be able to provide more support for businesses. Utilising his education and experience, he set about creating a business which could achieve this goal and so LHConsulting was born.
LH Consulting provide a range of ISO consultancy services for all types of businesses and serve the breadth of the UK including cities London, Birmingham and Manchester.
Meet the owner
Luke originally specialised in the field of Environmental Management when he recieved his Masters Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2015. Following this he went into ISO Consultancy and Auditing where he has now been working for the past 5 years. In this time, he has broadened his knowledge and training into the fields of Quality, Health & Safety management, auditing and training.
The majority of Luke’s time is now spent implementing and maintaining ISO management systems as well as undertaking third-party audits on behalf of various UKAS accredited Certification Bodies. Although he specialises in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), he is also regularly involved in the implementation of other standards. Other standards include AS 9100 (Aerospace), ISO 50001 (Energy), IATF 16949 (Automotive), CHAS, Construction-line, Considerate Constructors and Achilles. In his own words ‘A standard is a standard’.
In addition to ISO consultancy and auditing Luke also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in environmental legislation. For this reason he also spends time working with companies to ensure that they are compliant with applicable environmental legislation. He has has previously supported businesses in areas such as environmental permits, permits to discharge, WEEE compliance, packaging and waste submissions, PQQs and waste management plans.
